I have over 15 years of experience acquired in very high profile and
discriminating multi-property estate management positions both here
and abroad, in VIP large jet (727) private aviation, private yachting and
in executive hospitality management for many premium luxury hotel properties.
As an executive hospitality manager, budgeting, human resource functions,
scheduling and guaranteeing the smooth operation of multiple restaurants
and shifts were a part of my everyday performance expectation.
Moreover, I was schooled in very successful and extensive in-house
Food & Beverage hospitality management and luxury/premium guest services
programs and as a Private Chef, I have also attended numerous
prestigious culinary seminars.
