As an executive hospitality manager, budgeting, human resource functions, scheduling and guaranteeing the smooth operation of multiple restaurants and shifts were a part of my everyday performance expectation.

Moreover, I was schooled in many very successful and extensive in-house Food & Beverage hospitality management and luxury/premium guest services programs and as a Private Chef, I have also attended numerous prestigious culinary seminars.
